  • Our garage condominiums are delivered as complete, fully finished units ready for immediate use or customization. Each privately owned space includes its own HVAC system, dedicated electrical service, tall overhead door, pedestrian entry, fire sprinkler protection, and access to water and sewer. Most units also feature a prebuilt mezzanine for additional storage, workspace, or lounge build-out. Built with premium construction and designed for flexibility, your garage is ready to move in on day one or transform into the ultimate personalized space.

    Most units include prebuilt mezzanines. Select pull-through units are designed without mezzanines to accommodate vehicle clearance and drive-through access.

  • Owners enjoy access to a state-of-the-art community clubhouse designed as a luxurious indoor and outdoor gathering space. The clubhouse features comfortable lounge areas, restrooms, entertainment amenities, and flexible spaces for meetings or social events. Regular community activities are hosted throughout the year, and the clubhouse is also available for owners to reserve for private gatherings, celebrations, or business use.

  • Contact our team to reserve your garage during the presale period. A $10,000 deposit secures presale pricing and allows you to select your preferred unit location.
